Residential Inspections

Our typical home inspection covers over 2300 different items of the home. All of our inspectors use the latest technology to include thermal imaging at no additional charge. We do a 24 hour or less turnaround on all inspection reports. We do not charge for the first follow up inspection and we also do a complimentary 11 month warranty inspection for the new construction homes we inspect prior to moving in.
